Explore the map to find 5 clues.
Clues will reveal order of 4 digits.
Find the correct order of 4 digits.

Solve the puzzles in the park.
Puzzles open cages, cages have Torches.
Green number behind the torch represent the order of that perticular torch.
Torches must be activated in a correct order.
Now activate these torches based on your correctly arranged 4 digits.
Example: 
If you find your order to be 2431. 
Unlock all cages first then.
Activate the Torch #2 first, Torch #4 second, Torch #3 third and Torch#1 in last.
You can reset the puzzles using fox statue if stuck.
