[DnD] Elemental Plane of Water

A submission for the Elemental Planes category of the D&D Design-A-Dungeon Contest. A band of smugglers hit a section of rapids in an underwater river which drags them deeper into the earth, landing mostly intact - albeit it banged up, in a giant cavernous complex that holds numerous secrets.
