I'm working towards building a complete digital (animated) billboard. This was step 1.
Step 2 complete: Make a pixel color palette and and pixel mapper. I use the program "Pyxel Edit" at sizes 93w x 53h and size:8 (pixels)
Go ahead and make your own and enjoy.
